Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private vehicles and guides are reserved specifically for each confirmed booking. This policy balances flexibility for guests with costs already committed to operating the tour.

Cancellation by the guest

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time, you may receive a refund less the non-refundable payment-processing fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One complimentary date change is available when requested at least 24 hours before pickup. The new date is subject to vehicle and guide availability. Further changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.

Late arrival and no-show

Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup point and time. A booking is non-refundable if the guest cannot be contacted, provides an incorrect location, is significantly late, or does not attend.

Weather and sunrise visibility

Cloud, mist, rain, or limited sunrise visibility are natural conditions and do not qualify for a refund when the experience can operate safely. Tours normally continue in cloudy weather and light rain.

Severe weather or operator cancellation

If we cancel before your hotel transfer begins because conditions are unsafe, you may choose a new date or a refund less the non-refundable payment-processing fee. If the hotel transfer has already started but the Jeep experience cannot operate safely, you may choose a new date or receive a 50% refund, reflecting transport services already provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the guest’s bank. Currency-conversion differences and bank fees are outside our control.

How to request a change or cancellation

Contact us through the WhatsApp number used for your booking and include the booking name, tour date, and booking reference. The request time is based on when our WhatsApp account receives your message.
