These terms apply to bookings made directly with Batur Jeep Sunrise through this website, WhatsApp, or our booking and payment partners. By paying for a booking, the lead guest accepts these terms for all participants in the booking.

Booking confirmation

Availability shown or discussed before payment is not guaranteed. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and we issue written confirmation. Guests must check that the date, number of participants, hotel, and contact details are correct.

Prices and inclusions

Published prices are in US dollars and apply to the stated group size. Standard packages include a private return hotel transfer from listed pickup areas, a private Jeep, a local English-speaking driver-guide, applicable entrance fees, and same-day digital photos and videos. Pickup outside the listed areas may require an additional fee disclosed before payment.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate pickup information, be ready at the confirmed time, follow safety instructions, and disclose relevant mobility, medical, pregnancy, or age considerations before booking. Guests must not stand on or climb into the Jeep while it is moving.

Nature of the experience

This is an outdoor mountain and off-road activity. Sunrise visibility, cloud cover, temperature, road conditions, and exact timing cannot be guaranteed. The Jeep visits a designated sunrise viewpoint and does not drive to the trekking summit.

Changes and safety

We may adjust the itinerary, route, pickup time, vehicle, or operating sequence when reasonably necessary because of weather, traffic, safety, local restrictions, or circumstances outside our control. Safety decisions made by the operator or driver-guide are final.

Liability

We will provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect guest information, failure to follow instructions, personal belongings, weather, traffic, third-party acts, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Photos and intellectual property

Guests may use their delivered tour photos and videos for personal purposes. Website copy, branding, layout, and business-owned media may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Governing rules

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Indonesia. We encourage guests to contact us first so any concern can be resolved fairly and promptly.
